We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
